Olive Sev Puri
Recipe
An all-time favourite for all the chaat enthusiasts, our chatpata olives add another layer of flavor to the already delicious sev puri. What’s more, this tasty treat can be easily assembled using the following ingredients:
6 papdis | 5 spoons sev | chopped tomatoes | onions and coriander leaves | tamarind chilli garlic or mint chutney as per your taste

Olive Paratha
Recipe
For the dough:
½ cup of whole wheat flour. 1tsp oil and salt to taste.
For the Olive Stuffing:
3 pouches of your favourite Flavure pitted olives | 2 tsp oil | ½ cup cumin seeds | ½ cup finely chopped onions | ½ cup finely chopped green chillies | ¼ cup finely chopped coriander
Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using approximately ½ cup of water. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds crackle, add the onions and green chillies and saute’ on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add 4tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Add the coriander and mix well. Now roll out a portion of the dough into a circle and place one unit of the olive stuffing inside. Bring together all sides and roll out again. Heat a non-stick girdle and cook on a medium flame using a little bit of ghee to brown. Serve hot with some sliced olives on top.
